Tevali Partners is a financial advisor dedicated to the energy transition. Its tailor-made offer is based on three areas of expertise: M&A, Debt Financing and Business Strategy.
On a daily basis, Tevali Partners works alongside the stakeholders who are building the energy transition, identifying and executing the best opportunities for growth or strategic divestment. Tevali Partners’ team members are proactive dealmakers with a focus on building lasting relationships.
When we founded Tevali Partners in 2009, the energy transition sector was still a relatively niche area of focus. Today, renewable infrastructures have become a major focus for companies across the globe. We are proud to have built long-lasting partnerships with our clients and to be part of the solution.
Steven Kassab & Michael Tobelem,
Our core values
Tevali Partners builds long-lasting relationships with every one of its clients. We aim to provide the highest level of service and seek tailor-made solutions to each unique challenge.
It all started in 2009 with our founders’ desire to support renewable solar energy projects. Our scope of expertise then gradually expanded to include other areas of the energy transition. Today, Tevali Partners reinvests a portion of its profits in renewables and greentech projects, via an investment holding company.
We aim to execute each of our mandates with a comprehensive vision of our clients’ strategic objectives. We seek to anticipate our clients’ needs / expectations by cultivating an up-to-date understanding of the energy transition market.
